Employers in the US are worried: remote work will continue for another two years, and workers will not want to return to the office

Many companies that required their employees to return to the office, including Apple, Chevron, Wells Fargo, Amazon and Facebook, have postponed the return date again, some to early next year. One of the employers: “My main concern is the loss of talent. Distance causes disconnection, making it easier to leave.”
